These terms apply to every booking made through raedeiantlife.com.

Bookings and payment

A booking is final when payment has been received through Mollie. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. After payment, Deidrae contacts you within 48 hours to plan your session.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations up to 7 days before a planned session are refunded in full; later cancellations are not refunded but can be rescheduled once. Written readings that have already been prepared cannot be refunded.

Nature of the services

Sessions, readings and articles are offered for personal growth, reflection and inspiration. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not replace professional care. You remain responsible for your own choices.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, except where the service has already been fully delivered with your explicit consent within that period.
