Privacy policy

The Raedeiant Life respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through raedeiantlife.com, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Bookings: your name, email address, the session you booked and any note you add. Payment is handled by Mollie B.V.; we never see or store your card or bank details.
• Newsletter, community and contact forms: your name (where given), email address and message.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used only to keep the site secure.

Why

To deliver the session you booked, to answer your message, to send you the newsletter you asked for, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Mollie (payments), our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase) and, if you subscribe, our email provider. All process data under a data processing agreement within the EU/EEA or under equivalent safeguards.

How long

Order data is kept for seven years (Dutch tax law). Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Contact messages for a maximum of two years.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@raedeiantlife.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
